Multifamily

considered mixed-use.

– Designed for retail sales usually with display fronts. Retail may

– Buildings designed for general commercial usage and often
subdivided into smaller units. Office condos are also eligible.
Light Industrial
– Characterized by a smaller facility where no heavy duty or
specialized equipment is employed. The use of small assembly
machinery is permitted.
Industrial
– Principle structure is designed for the manufacturing process and
usually involves the use heavy equipment and specialized machinery.
Warehouse
– Utilized for storage purposes. Office space may comprise a small
portion of the facility.
Self-Storage
– Buildings designed primarily for storage divided into smaller
units and usually rented out.
Hospitality
– Includes hotels, motels as well as Bed & Breakfasts. This class
also includes mobile home parks.
Restaurants
– Unique properties designed for food service. May be stand-alone or
located in a shopping center.
Health Care
– Including assisted living and nursing home facilities.
Automotive
– Encompasses a wide range of property types including auto repair,
lubrication shops, parts, new & used car sales, tire/muffler stores
and gas stations.
Farms
– Encompassing large parcels of land. Eligible farms must be income
producing.
Special Purpose properties
– Includes unique properties with specialized equipment or
operations such as funeral homes, marinas, dry cleaners, churches
and religious facilities.
